Refund Policy

Books ordered directly from “Getting Safely Through Retirement” may be returned to us under the following conditions:
– Items must be in new condition
– Return shipment must include a copy of the original packing slip
– Please track the package sent back to us and share the tracking details within 30 days of the shipment date on the packing slip
If your order was in 30 days and the book is in mint condition please send the book to:

Refunds will only be issued for new merchandise ordered directly from Getting Safely Through Retirement and returned in original condition. Refunds will be issued for the value of the book ordered and any applicable sales taxes; original order shipping and handling and return freight charges will not be refunded.
Your refund will be issued to the card used on the order within 4 weeks of us receiving the returned book(s) provided they meet the conditions above.
